COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR LOCAL STAFF

FCA wants to provide teams with the best-trained, most effective Character Coaches that they can, so we have created a process:

1. Initiation of a relationship with an FCA staff member in your area for further training, encouragement, facilitation and accountability
2. Communication with the FCA staff prior to the season for planning, prayer, resources, etc
3. Communication with the FCA staff during the season for encouragement, problem solving, and further direction.
4. Communication at the end of the season for evaluation, reporting of results, etc…
5. Character Coaches should only discuss faith in meetings, where students voluntarily attend or when asked a question by a student one-on-one.
6. All one-on-one meetings and counseling appointments must be done in public view

Next Steps

Step 1:  Once you sign up in step one, an email will be sent where you can select the county you are interested in serving and start your VIP process.

Step 2: Once you fill out the interest form and establish your VIP account, our staff will reach out to you to talk about what team you would like to get involved with
